The purpose of the Plan is to review the Strategic Plan 2005/6 -2007/8 objectives and strategies to ensure that all interventions in Strategic Plan 2011/11-2013/14 address the critical issues which have been identified. In addition the RS Strategic Plan aims to inform our stakeholders what we plan to do, provide a blueprint to guide our operations, and provide a basis for accountability to our stakeholders.
